Henry Miller passed away in 1948 and Robert Veit died in 1959. David Ludel purchased Miller & Veit in 1959.

In 1961 Edward, David’s son, joined Miller & Veit and in 1987 Andrew, Edward’s son, joined the firm. The three generations worked side by side for 10 years.
